Cancellation & Refund Policy – Tshepiso Shuttle Services

1. Booking Cancellations

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations
    • More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund or free reschedule.
    • Within 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund of total fare.
    • Within 6 hours of pickup or no-show: No refund (full fare charged).
  • Company-Initiated Cancellations
    • If Tshepiso Shuttle cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, safety concerns, etc.), the customer will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method used for the booking.


3. Changes & Rescheduling

  • Customers may reschedule a booking (subject to availability) up to 6 hours before pickup without penalty.
  • Any fare differences will be applied if the new booking has different rates.


4. No-Show Policy

  • If the passenger does not show up at the scheduled pickup point without prior notice, the booking will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued.


5. Delays & Force Majeure

  • Tshepiso Shuttle is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, road closures, weather, etc.).
  • In such cases, every effort will be made to minimize inconvenience or provide alternative arrangements.
