Cancellation & Refund Policy – Tshepiso Shuttle Services
1. Booking Cancellations
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund or free reschedule.
- Within 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund of total fare.
- Within 6 hours of pickup or no-show: No refund (full fare charged).
- Company-Initiated Cancellations
- If Tshepiso Shuttle cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, safety concerns, etc.), the customer will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method used for the booking.
3. Changes & Rescheduling
- Customers may reschedule a booking (subject to availability) up to 6 hours before pickup without penalty.
- Any fare differences will be applied if the new booking has different rates.
4. No-Show Policy
- If the passenger does not show up at the scheduled pickup point without prior notice, the booking will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
5. Delays & Force Majeure
- Tshepiso Shuttle is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, road closures, weather, etc.).
- In such cases, every effort will be made to minimize inconvenience or provide alternative arrangements.
